Turbine Controls

Designed, developed, and installed stand-alone turbine controllers with fully integrated diagnostics and load management center controlling load sharing to multiple turbines, utilizing PLCs, color graphic operator interfaces, and remote modem communication systems.

Design, and manufacture of fully automated, unmanned, GE PLC based control systems for Gas Turbine Powered Cogeneration Plants. Includes; CAS designed Engine Governor in the PLC; duel fuel options; integrated HRSG controls; emissions monitoring and control; parallel and load share on commercial power grid; peak load shaving.

Design and manufacture of Allen-Bradley PLC based control system for retrofit of multiple turbine systems in major automobile manufacturing plant. Included; emissions monitoring and shaving; production of hot water for plant process functions from the turbine waste heat.

Automated 45 megawatt Rolls Royce turbine generator system. The system utilizes color graphic operator interfaces, GE PLCs configured into a hot backup system, various communication protocol interfaces, Woodward Governor controller.

Dresser-Rand Turbo GE Turbine Generator controls utilizing GE Fanuc PLCs.

Kongsberg / Dresser GE Turbine Generator controls utilizing GE Fanuc PLCs.

Turbine Control Simulation
